Welcome to Big Al's Barefoot Bay! As of 2025, we’re excited to be under new ownership and management, and we're thrilled to share the updates we’ve made to this beloved lakeside destination. 

Now, we’re dedicated to enhancing your experience at our RV resort and restaurant, creating a space that’s perfect for both relaxation and adventure. Whether you’re casting a line at Lake Bob Sandlin—famous for its prime access to great fishing opportunities—or enjoying live music and fantastic food at Castaways Bar & Grill, there’s always something to do here. Our goal is to make BigAl’s Barefoot Bay the ultimate destination where locals and travelers alike can come together to enjoy nature, create lasting memories, and return time and time again. We can’t wait to share our love for this place with you and make it somewhere you'll want to visit often!

Our journey to owning this special place began with a 17-day RV vacation. During our travels, we fell in love with the freedom of RV life and, as nature lovers, we knew we wanted to share that adventure with others. After that trip, we decided to pursue our dream of owning an RV park, and after visiting 66 parks, this one stood out as the most beautiful by far. We just had to have it, and now we can’t wait to share it with you!
